Ingredients:
6 4 ounce pork chops
3 tablespoons Bootleg Dry Rub
2 jalapeno or serrano chilies, diced
6 cloves caramelized garlic, pureed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juiced
Preparation instructions:
Combine the chilies, garlic, and Bootleg Dry Rub and mix well. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill.
Brush both sides of the chops with olive oil, place on a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Lower the heat to medium and cook an additional 4-6 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top and serve with warm flour or corn tortillas.
