BOOTLEG CHILIED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients:
Bootleg 6Bootleg4 ounce pork chops
Bootleg 3Bootleg tablespoons Bootleg Dry Rub
Bootleg 2Bootleg jalapeno or serrano chilies, diced
Bootleg 6Bootleg cloves caramelized garlic, pureed
Bootleg 2Bootleg tablespoons olive oil
Bootleg 1Bootleg lime, juiced


Preparation instructions:
Combine the chilies, garlic, and Bootleg Dry Rub and mix well. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill.
Brush both sides of the chops with olive oil, place on a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Lower the heat to medium and cook an additional 4-6 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top and serve with warm flour or corn tortillas.
