Ingredients:
2lbs. regular or chili grind hamburger with a fat content of 6% to 10%.
1 15oz. can beef or chicken broth
1 15oz. can diced tomatoes
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 7oz. can mild diced green chilies (optional)
1 medium onion (diced)
1 package "Bootleg Chili Blend"
6 tablespoons salt
1 package frozen french fries
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation instructions:
Prepare either Bootleg Chili's Home Style Chili or Fast Chili Recipe.
Simmer until chili has a thick consistency. Cook either frozen or raw until nice and crispy (the potatoes may be baked or fried).
Place cooked fries on plate or platter, spoon thick chili over the top and garnish with cheese.
