BOOTLEG CHILI BURGER

Ingredients:
Bootleg Hamburger Meat
Bootleg Bootleg Chili
Bootleg Bootleg Dry Rub
Bootleg Cheese (if you want a Chili Cheese Burger)


Preparation instructions:
The Bootleg Team has two ways to make this tasty hamburger. The first and easiest is to add a heaping spoonful of previously prepared hot Bootleg Chili to a cooked/grilled /fried hamburger. The second is to roll your uncooked meat into a ball, then cut it in half, take the two half’s and flatten them to a thin version of what you would normally serve. Now add a heaping spoonful of previously prepared warm to hot, Bootleg Chili (and if you like, cheese) to one of the half’s and spread out evenly, staying a good 1/2-inch from the edges. Place the second half over the first and seal the edges around the entire patty. Season both sides with Bootleg Dry Rub and grill as usual. Have all your fresh toppings ready for this great tasting surprise. Please observe safe cooking and handling procedures with hamburger. Cheese may be added to the inside or placed on the outside for a Chili Cheese Burger.
