BOOTLEG BEEF RIBS

Ingredients:
Bootleg 5.5 Lbs.- Beef Ribs
Bootleg 1 - cup water
Bootleg Bootleg Dry Rub

Preparation instructions:
Start with 14 bones, approximately 5.5 lbs; with a very sharp knife make several cuts into the fat membrane on the backside of the bones. Cut rib bones into separate pieces; season with Bootleg Dry Rub, on all sides. Place the ribs in a roasting pan with the meat side up; add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan and cover. Place the pan in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour at 400º. After this time you have several choices, you can leave the ribs in the oven uncovered for an additional 1/2 hour at 300º- 350º depending on how well done you like your meat. They are also ready to put on the grill too brown-up, or put in a pre-heated smoker for about 1 hour at 230º, to add that delicious smoked flavor and aroma.
