The Secret to Have Your Website Ranked Number 1 with the Search Engines

The one question I hear all the time is: “How can I be listed #1 when some one searches on the keywords that are relevant to my website?” SEOs have been tossing this around for years. We all have our opinions. The other day I was reviewing the sites I have listed #1 in the search rankings and it hit me. All you have to do is find the best niche for your business or service. There is no better short or long term strategy for search engine rankings.
The search engines job is to provide the most relevant results to the search the users are using. It makes sense they will rank the most relevant sites at the top of list.
If the site you build is the best and most relevant site for your niche you will be ranked first, makes sense? It’s not really that easy but it is a great start. Your site will probably still require some massaging. If you hang in there and keep working on your site SEO, cream will eventually rise to the top.
Sounds pretty simple eh? Well it’s not really that easy. A top ranking requires sound SEO fundamentals and great content for your niche. The real key for content is that you have to have the best content. I’ll say it again, you need to have the best content, not just believe you do.
Check your competition, learn from them, and keep working at being the best and one day the search engines will agree,
