I had a massage this last Monday and WOW!, was it great. Not only was my body massaged and adjusted I also received a mind adjustment. I guess when my body feels great my mind and soul does also.
Since my massage by Phil my week has been going great. We have signed up a new client Baja Grill. I can’t wait to get started on the Baja Grill Catering and Luncheria project. My wife Shirley (she is a writers marketing coach) and I have been all over Portland this week.
The particular massage I get is based on Thai Massage. What Phil does is combine many different disciplines through training sessions utilizing techniques from Massage, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation, and Hydrotherapy. What this means to me is I feel great and ready to take on the world.
Phil also is an accomplished chef. He has a catering business called SoulKitchen. His food is fantastic. You might say Phil is in the business of taking care of your body. I would suggest you give him a call at 503-789-8651 and check out his services.
